Make Your Own Website: Online Business Basics for Success
According to Fleishman-Hillard's Internet usage statistics, over 80 percent of Internet users search online for products and services before making a purchase. However, 70 percent of Tennessee small business owners do not have a website.
Sadly, of the 30 percent that are online, over 90 percent of those small business websites will fail. "In the online business world, the fundamental reality of how people use the Web is not about location, location, location, like it is in the off-line world. Online, no one passes by – they search for information, information, and information,” states former Southwest Tennessee Community College Adjunct Instructor Cozette Wallace.
To help entrepreneurs leverage how prospective customers operate online, Wallace is offering a complimentary tele-class, “Make Your Own Website: Successful Online Business Basics.” The class covers the four critical steps for effective online business building.
If you can write and send email, you can make your own website.
